Thanks for all the results Godogs, nobody can do it better than you. Hopefully it hasn't burnt you out too bad, I know the weekly grind can get old.

No, I've really enjoyed playing the Pickem this year and I don't mind doing the calculations at all. I would probably do the calculations just to see how I was doing (like I did on the Aggie site Pickem) anyway.
I think I burned out on football this year because for the first time in my life I took it way too seriously. I watched nearly every single show on TV and read almost all the internet articles I could find about college ball. Then, I was almost too stressed to watch some of the games. Especially OU. I got to where if they got behind I would change the channel or leave the room in case I was jinxing them. I was so bad, I wore off on DH. He actually made the dog change couches during one game, LOL! With the Bulldogs, I had to listen to the radio and watch the video so I would hear the outcome of the play about 5 secs before it was shown (for crying out loud). That way I had time to look away just in case it was bad. If no video, I had to change stations on the radio. Talk about obsessed. No fun!
I should've known better. After all, I am a NMSU Aggie fan (ha-ha)!
Hopefully, by next year, I'll be back to my normal self.

That's a serious addiction godogs lol. I'm a pretty hardcore fan when it comes to Chicago Bears Football, when I heard the news late Sunday night a couple weeks ago that Jay Cutler might have broke his thumb and might miss the regular season I couldn't sleep well that night lol, that's pretty extreme ha ha.
let me ask you something about the aggies, I seen them on TV playing BYU. They brought in a true Freshmen to play QB Colwell, he seems to have some talent. The aggies have a commit from Cleveland the QB Cole Gautsche, is he expected to be a QB at NMSU? I guess Las Cruces will get to see him in person Saturday against Mayfield, should be interesting.

Yeah, I'm really proud of the Aggies this year. They've really been working hard and the offense looks tons better. The new offensive coordinator seems to be working out well. I like Coach Walker too. He has great “presence†and he’s got those kids really believing in themselves and wanting to win. Too bad we started out the year down 3 good DL due to academics and a knee injury.
The freshman QB is playing because the we lost our 1st string QB (Manley) for the year in September with a torn ACL. Our 2nd string QB (Christian) has really impressed me and played much better this year, but he is so banged up that if he were a pilot he would be flying on a wing and a prayer. He’s a real gamer. The freshman QB is holding his own for being thrown into the fire so to speak, but I hope Christian will be able to play some vs. Utah State.
As far as I know Gautsche was recruited as a QB. I think it’s just a verbal so far and after the year he’s had, I just hope we don’t lose him. He seemed pretty sure when he told the AQ Journal that he was going to the NMSU-UNM game to root for the Aggies and his future teammates. I think that means he would choose us over UNM (if they offered) but I’m not so sure about other D-1 schools.
I’d dearly love to beat Utah State, but they finally seem to have gelled and are pulling out the wins lately. I know I say this every year, but this year I mean it … I’m looking forward to Aggie football next year!

Yeah I think Walker is a good coach, hopefully he can keep them progressing, they are taking baby steps to do it but little by little they are doing it.
