A dream come true, lets see if he can lead them to a win over the red hot Cardinals that would be even sweeter.

It figures it wouldn't be on network TV. This is one day I wish I had the NFL package!
Way to go Landry! 8/12 for 168 yds and 2 TD.
Do they ever show replays of the game?

Love seeing the scroll on bottom of the afternoon games saying Landry Jones leads win over Cardinals!

I'm happy for Landry, the guy has taken a lot of you know what over the years and has remain humbled, and then they bypass him for Vick, that had to be disappointing. He replaced him today and instantly the offense came to life.
Hopefully he gets his 1st career start next week if Ben is not back yet. He was worth every penny they have paid him today, what a performance.

I got pumped when I saw that Vick was hurt on NFL Mobile and tuned in online. Landry did great. I think the difference was that he finally got to play with the first offense and it made a world of difference for him. He was always relegated to the scrubs during the preseason work that he got in on.

Oh how fickle can they be? Was in Oklahoma today where they broadcast the Steelers game. Got to watch Landry play. He came in and turned the offense around. He even earned praise from his teammates. Here is a quote from Le"Veon Bell - "Landry was like Ben's little brother out there," Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell said. "He was out there making checks and everything and it brought us back like `Dang, Landry really got this. "After we scored the first touchdown, it was like a confidence booster." Completely different team with Landry than with Vick. Where are the haters now?

On the Sunday night game they showed him making comments at a press conference after the game, looked like he was wearing a flannel shirt, loved it. Great job Landry, keep it up!!

Maybe it was mentioned on TV local sports but I missed it,I hope I did, but local TV in ABQ did not say a word about Landry. Not even, New Mexico athlete or football player did good when he took Vick's place. I wonder why? I bet if Landry woulda played around ABQ area, they woulda broadcasted it in a New York minute. Murrieta once in a while still says he hopes all the football play offs come to ABQ. That is sorry... I guess that bothers me. I better stop before get mad..

The coaches around here like Landry because he was so successful vs. UT, and because he fearlessly speaks about his faith. They were laughing about "He shows up for a press conference in a sleevleless T shirt. Obviously he wasn't expecting to be in a post-game news conference." LOL, I told them, "I don't know him but have always heard that he is humble as can be." The part about Albuquerque news stations not mentioning it doesn't bother me. When you think about it, Artesia isn't really close to Alb. and has nothing other than NM in common with it. My mom has lived in Artesia since 1970 and I bet she hasn't been to Alb. 5 times. Just my 2 cents, I understand how this bothers some of you.

Maybe if you watched the news you would have noticed that on the NBC and CBS local news in New Mexico the story about Landry on Sunday night was on the news portion and some in the sports section of the nightly news. Couldn't miss it. I was dang proud of our boy after watching those stories as they were news and not just sports on the local NM news.

Just read an article that Steelers are preparing Landry to start against the Chiefs. Yes! Good luck.
