Can anyone tell me the current record / standings for the bulldog baseball and softball teams? I like keeping track on how well our teams are doing, but the message boards are really inactive during the winter / spring sports.

MaxPreps has the complete schedules and results for both baseball and softball.......however, I have never had any luck posting links to MaxPreps on here. Tried again just now, and got the same result. Copy and pasted the links on here, but when I clicked them they took me to "page not found". So I deleted it.
But anyway, here is what MaxPreps says for 2016 Bulldog Baseball and Lady Dog Softball.....
Baseball 7-8 overall, 2-0 in district
Softball 9-6 overall, 1-0 in district
That being said, I HAVE found inaccuracies in MaxPreps before when looking at football schedules and results. For example, sometimes they will have a JV game included in with the varsity. But this should be pretty accurate.

Softball girls open district play tonight in Roswell so I don't think that 1-0 in district is correct unless the already won one and max preps is really on the ball. Boys swept Lovington on Tuesday so it is right

Boys swept Lovington on Tuesday so it is right I think the girls softball team are 2-2 in district play. they lost to Roswell twice and beat Goddard twice. |

Artesia's baseball team earned the 5 seed and will host Miyamura Friday at six and Saturday at 11 and 1 in a best of three series. With the series win we will face the Piedra Vista/Roswell winner next week at the St. Pius field at noon.
Our softball team earned the 9 seed and will travel to Moriarty Friday for one game. Winner advances to Albuquerque next week in a double elimination bracket.

Bulldogs win game 1, 2-0. Game 2 is at 11, and the "if" game 30 minutes later.
Bulldog softball wins at Moriarty 8-2. They will play the no. 1 seed Aztec at 9 am Thursday at Cleveland High.

Baseball team keeps on winning.
Bulldogs will take on the #4 Panthers at Noon Thursday at St. Pius High in Albuquerque.
