Little football news to post, has a couple other offers too, Eastern and UTPB & Wayland Baptist. Obviously a senior season would help his exposure as well.

You mentioned the fact that a senior season would have helped his exposure even more. That is VERY true! This is what I am afraid of.........this whole "shut down the schools & shut down high school sports thing" is gonna set New Mexico high school football back 30 yrs or more. Especially if it carries on into next year. And I know, it's not just football, but ALL high school sports in New Mexico. Two years without football.....no practice for 2 years, no workouts for 2 years.....heck, when football does finally get going again we are going to starting the Bulldog football program all over from scratch! We will start next season.......whenever that is.......on even footing with every other team in the state. I hope I'm wrong, but I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see another State Championship in football in my lifetime.....and I'm only 62 yrs old. I guess what I am trying to say is that I'm afraid that MLG will be shown to have completely DESTROYED the Bulldog football tradition that we have built up to this point.

There's a lot I could say on this, but I won't go that far. I've mostly made peace within my head for now lol.
I know of 3 family's that packed up and left Artesia within the last month, the Bulldog Tradition will live as long as there is someone left to defend it.
The next month will be telling how this might all go down.
