I haven't seen this one posted yet. A few days ago NMsooner80 posted a link in a thread that he started. I didn't even click on that link because I just automatically assumed that it was this video, which I had already seen. Found out later that it wasn't.
This is Landry and Bob on ESPN First Take. With Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith. This was on 7-26-12, just 6 days ago.
I know that Landry had been "big time" for quite a while now, but it still just blows my mind to see a former Artesia Bulldog getting all this national attention. Guess I'll never get use to it, lol.

Good Video, they asked some tough questions, thought they answered them well.

Man, could you imagine having to deal with that much scrutiny?

I have read a LOT of different sports blogs and message boards over the past few years, and one of the favorite topics of discussion is......ESPN Commentators.
EVERYBODY seems to really HATE Skip Bayless for some reason. I must be the only one who actually likes him. Not really sure what all the hatred is about. There are only 2 that really rub me the wrong way. One is Dick Vitale. Can't stand to listen to that guy. I will turn the channel. Another one is Lee Corso.

I am the sitting prez of the "I am not a Mark May fan club." That guys terrible. I know why no one likes vitale or corso. I like them because they do have coaching experience. All time favorite? For me its Keith Jackson

Steven A. Smith drives me crazy. He's highly inteligent but his sharp delivery wears me out.

I like Steven A and Skip Bayless, it's fun to watch them go at it over Tim Tebow or Lebron James, for some reason I can't get enough of them arguing over those guys lol.
My favorite sports show was the best damn sports show back in the day, John Kruk, John Salley, Tom Arnold, Michael Irvin, Steven A would appear on there at times. I think that's where he came to fame, seems like espn hired all those guys before it ended, the show was just never the same.
The Dan Patrick show is pretty good.
ESPN Commentator that I can't stand is Trent Dilfer.

My favorite sports show was the best damn sports show back in the day, John Kruk, John Salley, Tom Arnold, Michael Irvin, Steven A would appear on there at times. I had totally forgotten about The Best Damn Sports Show! John Kruk and Tom Arnold were awesome! Not really sure how Tom Arnold fit in that cast, but he really made the show worth watching. And that made me remember another show from WAY back in the early 90s. Probably the very first sports show that I really got into. I really loved this show! I use to watch it every Sunday morning before church. Use to plan my Sunday mornings around it! It took me probably 45 minutes to find this clip. Heck, I couldn't even remember the name of the show! Finally tracked it down though. The name of the show was "The Sportswriters". Just a buncha old guys (sports writers from different papers actually) sitting around a table littered with newspapers, chompin' on cigars, and talkin' sports. I had always thought that this show was on ESPN. But I guess it was actually on Fox Sports Network. That is part of the reason it took me so long to track it down. Anybody else remember "The Sportswriters"?
