Thank you to the die-hard fans that went to the game last night. The crowd was embarrassing and Cbad looked to have more fans on hand than we did. I love the fact that PVT and Ksvp are so amazing at covering Bulldog sports but they need to delay the viewing of home football games a couple of hours or something.

Gene was telling me last night that he had around 630 viewers at one point last night. I was impressed with the size of the Carlsbad crowd considering the weather conditions. I am however glad that we got to send them home dissappointed.
It is a tricky situation with the live video broadcast online, but you're right. Those who are physically able to come out to Bulldog Bowl should come out and support the Bulldogs.
Taped delay or charging to view the live stream are options ... but not really fair to those who live out of town.

Fan attendance has been great this year, last night was the exception but I believe it was all due to the bad weather. If the Bulldogs are playing well and believed to be a solid team the fans will come out and watch in my opinion.
We'll see what happens when the weather starts getting colder.

Just delay the broadcast like Jayster said. The fans from out of town can still see the game which is all that matters. The empty seats on the home side for a Carlsbad game was embarrassing to see for a former Bulldog. To the rest of the brave souls that stuck it out to the end THANK YOU!

Delay is great. The rain wasn't that bad out there. I know of some friends that would go to all home games, but now just want to sit at home and watch it on the internet. It's not good for the players or the ticket sells.

I'd vote for a delay. I'm in Las Cruces and I would love to go to games but its not feasible. Sad to hear the attendance was lacking last night. Probably the weather. I'd still go though. Remember that snowy game against Moriarity? I took my little girl to that.

I too feel bad but for our boys. They fought their hearts out and for everyone who is able to be there missed out on something electrifying. I braved the weather and sure glad I did... WAY TO GO DOGS!!!!!!!

The Only problem i see with a delaying of the game is for those of us that are in different time zones. It is hard for me to watch all the game cause it is late here when they start. If we did a delay I would probly not be able to watch it till about 3 days later due to my work schedule. But I love being able to watch the Bulldogs play still so I would do whatever it takes just to keep watching them and Hopefully the hometown people will keep going to the games and packing the stands. GO BULLDOGS, From Knoxville, TN

How many people are up in the sky box?
Also, most of the empty seats were in the reserve seating.
Cooper and the school system got what they wanted... a sterile environment. Just like the "Bubba dome".
Need to get Reggie and his horn back!

I think they allow up to 40 in each suite, not sure on that but I know there is 26 stadium like seats by the window and there are like 4 tables and chairs behind those seats, and 1 suite belongs to Mack Chase and his family.
If you look at past pictures, I think Rapid may have posted some, the home stands were pretty full, I really do think it was just because of bad weather.

I found it, this was rapids pic against Deming, of course this was the homecoming game, not sure what time he took the pick I'm assuming it was a little before kickoff or slightly after with the sun still out.

I am from east coast and not an alum, but have gotten hooked on the Bulldogs. Not for nothing, but having a high school get a broadcast of games alone is a rarity, having them live is even more special.
You all have a bigger dog (so to speak) than I do in this matter.
Beat Las Cruces!
