Love the Albuquerque journalist how they love to talk up everyone else but the Bulldogs. Wonder why that is? I’m not hiding behind the Dogs I know this is gonna be one of those games where fans will be rallying behind there schools they want so bad to get that win. But let’s give the high praise for them cause they got beat bad and they rallied around there coaches words of wisdom. Bulldogs got beat by Hobbs and was able to come back two weeks later and go to CLEVELAND and play them and score pints on them. But yeah the journalist is right roswell has all the cards in there hand they are the team to beat in 5A blah blah blah. Once Friday night starts it’s gonna have to be fight till the end. Just love these type of games. LETS GO DOGS!

Well, I got a lot of confidence in Coach Maupin and company, especially the Defense which has hit it's stride just right. The "scouting report" should be interesting and the 12th man atmosphere should be apparent early on. GO DOGS,,!!

Things we use to do that would get you fired today. Back in late 70's our players would go Coyote hunting on Saturday Night and come back and hang them from goal posts with numbers of key Roswell Coyotes painted on them. They would begin to stink about Wednesday and we would make them take them down. Yea can't do that today LMAO

Not sure I'm following you Rapid, 07 we only played Roswell for a district game. I concur Randall.........'07 championship game was vs Goddard, in the Bowl. It was Landry's senior year and he threw 7 TD passes.

Great game tonight! I Don't think Roswell showed enough respect for Artesia's passing,,,,lol. I know coaches like to maintain intensity but not at the cost of so many penalties,,,,

Big win over the Coyotes 46-28. #1 Ranked team and 3x defending district champs.
Everything still in play for us #1 seed and District crown. Good job by the coaches and players.
Wouldn't be surprised if there is a rematch, but enjoy this one!

Awesome job.
one small gripe, greathouse as great as he is, he needs to tuck that ball away, put a few too many on the ground this year, minor flaw but very much fixable. Him and Estrada are juniors, nice luxury right there. Go Dogs!

Offense is very explosive- but has had some turnover issues that I’m hoping we get corrected. Definitely played good enough to win tonight. But honestly this game was about that Bulldog Defense- Damn they played great!!

Leroch ran the ball very well last night, Valenzuela had a few tough runs himself, we looked good running the ball, best I've seen us do this year. O-Line did well blocking. Our offense is about as good as you can get, ball security can be an issue at times but other than that, only they can stop themselves I feel.
Defense was impressive, they were after Roswell QB Manny Fuentes all night, constantly bringing pressure.
Special teams was great. Punt Returns, Kick Returns we are dangerous. Kickoff unit lays the wood, Parra is out to seek and destroy along with some others, generated that turnover early in the game, that was huge.
Looking good, we just need to go on the road and prove it these next 2 games, if we can do that we will be setup nicely for a playoff run.
