Sophomores win on the road against Midland Christian

Artesia Sophomores JV B beat Midland Christian 29-14 in a hard fought game. I was good to see the sophomores face more of an opposition than they have faced so far. Our O line needs to come along on blocking big time as the first half Artesia offense had a hard time getting anything going due to the pressure MCA was putting on our QB’s which resulted in 3 INT’s on which one was returned for tD. Second half Artesia went to a quick hitting style offense which nullified MCA defense. Artesia defense produced one turnover on a recovered fumble.
